1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Lisa Walsh trading as Lisa Walsh Coaching. By purchasing any service or product, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before booking or buying.

2. Services Covered

These terms apply to all of the following:

• Visibility Audit — 60-minute paid session (currently £47)
• 1:1 Coaching Programme — 3-month programme (currently £597)
• Camera Confidence Course — self-study online course (currently £33)
• 90-Day Visibility Sprint — digital programme

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Lisa Walsh Coaching does not store your card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Visibility Audit

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Visibility Audit, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If Lisa needs to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

1:1 Coaching Programme

Once your coaching programme has begun, refunds are not available for sessions already delivered. If you wish to cancel before the programme starts, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution. No refunds are available after the first session has taken place.

Camera Confidence Course & 90-Day Visibility Sprint

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once you have accessed the course or programme materials. If you have purchased but not yet accessed the materials, please contact Lisa within 14 days of purchase to discuss your options.

5. Rescheduling

For 1:1 sessions and the Visibility Audit, please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Lisa will always do her best to accommodate changes where possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests (more than twice) may result in the session being forfeited.

6. What You Can Expect

Lisa will show up to every session prepared, on time, and fully committed to helping you move forward. The Visibility Audit and 1:1 Coaching are delivered via Zoom. You will receive a meeting link in advance of your session.

For the Camera Confidence Course and 90-Day Visibility Sprint, materials will be made available to you via the platform specified at the time of purchase.

7. Your Responsibilities

To get the most from your sessions or programme, you agree to:

• Show up on time and prepared for any live sessions
• Complete any pre-session questionnaires or tasks by the agreed deadline
• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• Take responsibility for implementing any guidance given

Coaching and audit sessions are a collaborative process. Results depend on your own effort and commitment — Lisa cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Results Disclaimer

Lisa Walsh Coaching provides education, coaching, and practical support to help you improve your visibility and grow your business. However, results vary from person to person and depend on many factors including individual effort, experience, and market conditions. Nothing in Lisa's content, courses, or sessions constitutes a guarantee of specific business results or income.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of any service — including course content, workbooks, templates, guides, and resources — remain the intellectual property of Lisa Walsh Coaching. You are welcome to use them for your own personal and business development, but you may not share, reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Lisa treats everything shared in sessions as confidential. Equally, any materials, strategies, or resources shared with you are for your personal use and should not be shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Walsh Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any service or digital product. Lisa's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lisa reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website. Continued use of any service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
